Probably the most beautiful painting of Brussels' exhibition. A large painting as compared to most of the Cranach masterpieces, and the Venus is really beautiful. And captivating the remainder of the pain of love, the poor Cupid cover with bees as he's stealing honey...

Probabilmente il piu bel quadro della retrospettiva di Bruxelles. Un quadro di grande formato, se paragonato alla maggior parte dei capolavori di Cranach, e la Venere e' davvero bellissima. Affascinante il richiamo alle pene d'amore, il povero cupido coperto di api mentre ruba del miele...
